Itinerary
Day 1 - Delhi to Manali
Begin your journey with an overnight Volvo ride from Delhi. Guests are advised to report at the scheduled pick-up point on time. The overnight journey offers a comfortable start to your trip, taking you through picturesque landscapes as you approach the tranquil hills of Manali.

Day 2 - Arrival in Manali & Local Sightseeing
Upon arrival at the Manali Volvo stop, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel (early check-in subject to availability and extra charges). After freshen up, head out for a local sightseeing tour.
Visit the famous Hadimba Devi Temple and Ghatotkacha Temple, revered deities in Himachal. Next, explore the Club House, a hub for recreational activities like skating, zip-lining, and table tennis. In the evening, return to your hotel for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 - Visit to Solang Valley / Rohtang Pass (Optional)
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a day trip to Solang Valley (15 km from Manali), a year-round attraction known for snow activities in winter and lush greenery in summer. Enjoy adventure sports such as paragliding, zorbing, skiing, ropeway rides, snow scooters, and even a short trek to Anjani Mahadev.
Rohtang Pass Add-On (Extra Cost & Permit Required):
If weather permits and the roads are open, you may opt for an excursion to Rohtang Pass up to the Snow Line, where you can witness stunning panoramic views. Visit scenic spots like Kothi, Gulaba, Gorge, and Marhi en route. Note: Rohtang is closed on Tuesday and during heavy snowfalls. Permits are limited due to NGT regulations.
Winter Note: During snowfall, access to Solang Valley is subject to road and weather conditions. Sightseeing may be allowed only up to the Barrier Point.

Day 4 - Day Trip to Kullu & Naggar
After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive towards Kullu (40 km). Stop at Vaishno Devi Temple and explore local Pashmina shawl outlets. Enjoy white water rafting (optional) on the Beas River.
Continue to Naggar (20 km from Manali), visiting the historic temples of Jagatsukh, including Gayatri Temple and Shiva Temple. Visit the Naggar Castle, once the residence of the Kullu’s royal family and a popular movie shooting location. Visit the Roerich Art Gallery, showcasing original works of Russian painter Nicholas Roerich (closed on Mondays). On the way back, visit the Tripura Sundari Temple, one of the 51 Shaktipeeths, and stop at the Trout Fish Farm, where you can enjoy a fresh trout meal amidst serene surroundings.

Day 5 - Departure – Manali to Delhi
Enjoy your morning breakfast in Manali and check out from the hotel. Before heading to the Volvo stand, you are free to explore Manali Mall Road, Tibetan Monastery, IBEX Market, and Van Vihar at your own pace. Later, report to the private Volvo stand for your return journey to Delhi with beautiful memories of your Manali escape.

Package Policy & Terms
- All packages are customizable (except Fixed Departures).
- Written communication is required for all discussions and requests.
- Package bookings require an advance payment.
- Tour plans may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government orders, etc.).
- DND (Date Not Decided) packages must confirm dates within 3 months of invoice.
- Delays in confirmation may result in service changes.
- From time to time, we offer complimentary upgrades in hotel category, room type, or vehicle.
- Upgrades will be communicated before or during the trip with no extra charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be in written form.
- Token amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellations 15 days before travel: 25–50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 15 days or no-show: 100% charges.
- No refunds for unused services (flights, hotels, meals, transfers, sightseeing).
- Bookings with insufficient advance (below 50%) are subject to cancellation.
- Services will be terminated without refund if the guest is found involved in illegal or violent behavior.
